After three nights spent at Shah Alam, it was time for us to check out of the hotel, got in a taxi and headed to KL. There, we stayed at Cube Boutique Hotel at Bukit Bintang.
The hotel is situated right in front of the KL Police Contingent Headquarters, Jalan Pudu. It is in a building or block along with few other budget inns but from the look of it, Cube Hotel has to be the most appealing and reliable place to stay if you ask me ;) The hotel has won 2012 Traveller's Choice Award on TripAdvisor.
Into the hallway.
Our room. A room for family of four, with two queen-sized beds.
I forgot to take a photo of the beds before crashing onto one. So here it is; taken from the brochure, haha :D
And what's inside the room.
The total cost for a family bedroom for four of us for two nights was RM440. The room is small and without a window, but nothing to be complained about, looking at the rate. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but they provide facilities such as WiFi, few Astro channels, room service and few more others. For ease, bookings for taxis/cabs through the reception desk is also available, with a fee of RM90 for the usual taxi and RM130 for MPV. The staff were helpful; one reason why I like the hotel besides the simple yet modern design of the hotel.
Another plus point for this hotel is the strategic location of course! Only 5 minute walk to Imbi Monorail Station and one of my favourite malls in KL: Berjaya Times Square :) Low Yat Plaza and Sungei Wang Plaza are also within walking distance; also Lot 10 and Fahrenheit 88 a bit farther.
If I were to rate the hotel, I would rate it 3.5 over 5. Anyway, I did a short review on the hotel on Trip Advisor. You can read it here :)
*Continued in Part 3. Last one; I promise :D*
